What you do here:

• As a Scrum Master in IT projects, you bring agile teams safely through the daily project routine, enthusing them and making them successful
• You do not only ensure that the rules of Scrum are followed, but above all help the team to understand, internalize and live Scrum
• In your role, you take different perspectives and talk with the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders at eye level
• You advise our clients in projects and you are the first point of contact for all topics related to agile working

• You promote self-management of teams and let them live agile values
• You recognize non-agility early and you have good tools to change that
• You have a desire to create an environment that fosters effective and sustainable work practices and continuous development of team members
• You have the ability to create a working relationship that is characterized by transparency and trust

• You already have professional experience as Scrum Master or in a similar position
• You have knowledge of the daily project business and the skills to teach a team necessary methods to lead them through different phases
