1. How do you drink your coffee?
Just a classic milk coffee. Usually, one is enough in the morning.
2. What is your role at jambit and what do you enjoy most about it?
In my current project, I work as a Systems Engineer with a focus on DevOps topics. I particularly appreciate working in mixed, agile teams, where I collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Systems Engineers. It is very enriching to learn about different perspectives and tackle challenges together. I also find it great to work both with colleagues employed directly by the client and with other jambitees. In everyday life, there’s hardly any difference—we all pull together.
3. How did you come to notice jambit, and what convinced you?
During my job search, it was important for me to find a company where mutual support and regular exchange were practiced. A friend introduced me to jambit and gave me initial insights. During the application process, this impression was confirmed by various interviewers: An 'everyone helps everyone' mentality and an open mindset convinced me that I would feel comfortable at jambit. And now I can confirm that these values are truly lived here.

4. What tip would you give to future applicants?
It is advantageous to be well-versed in one or even several technologies. However, at an IT service provider like jambit, you will be deployed in various projects, which is why flexibility and openness to new technologies are important. Before my time at jambit, I had little experience with some of the common DevOps technologies. Here, however, I receive the support I need to develop further.
5. If you were a programming language, which would you be and why?
Python. Simple and flexible.
6. Where can we find you when you're not working?
Definitely outdoors! That’s the most important thing for me. In the summer, you can find me skating or hiking, and in the winter, on a snowboard. I'm also an avid metal fan and often at concerts and festivals. It works out perfectly that our office in Munich is right across from Backstage, a well-known venue.
